Our Process
Consultation
- Discuss Design ideas and project goals
- Discuss Budget
- Identify General Scope and project “risks”/challenges
Proposal
- A complimentary conceptual 3D plan is generated based on our consultation, we then go over the concept and further define the scope. You keep the 3D plan regardless if you contract with us or not
- A project estimate is developed based on conceptual plan and proposed scope
- Allowance items are identified in proposed scope
- Allowance items are budgets for items that have not yet been picked out
Contract
- Signed agreement based on proposal and any further conversations that have taken place
Final Design
- Expand on Conceptual plan with more specific project details and final measurements
- Work through proposed changes that may be requested and identify whether or not those changes will require an increase or decrease in the overall Contract Price
- Pick out allowance items (flooring, countertops, etc…)
- Finalize allowance actuals vs budget and confirm project cost with client
Construction
- Begin construction when final design is complete and per project schedule
